We strive to ensure all information regarding our Surgical devices, blood pressure monitors, nebulizers, thermometers, and accessories is as accurate as possible. However, Modern Surgical does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, badges, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing or description error, Modern Surgical reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
All orders placed through our checkout systems are subject to acceptance. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card processing, and mobile wallet payments (EasyPaisa/JazzCash). We reserve the right to verify billing and shipping details before completing order processing.
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 5 to 7 business days. Delivery is free for orders totaling Rs. 2,000 or more; otherwise, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be added at checkout. Once dispatch is completed, we will issue tracking identifiers which can be queried in real-time on our Order Tracking section.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. For defective or wrong items received, customer support will facilitate a free replacement or complete refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Most of our electronic Surgical devices (compressor nebulizers, digital thermometers, blood pressure monitors, weight scales) carry a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise. The warranty covers internal component failures and design faults. It does not cover consumables, test strips, cuffs, batteries, or damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized repairs.
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and reviews on our product pages. Modern Surgical does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Modern Surgical, its agents and/or affiliates. Modern Surgical reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
In no event shall Modern Surgical, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or reliance on our health devices. Modern Surgical, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or devices.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
